About the Event
Sponsored by APIC Midnight Sun Chapter, the Alaska Hospital and Healthcare Association (AHHA) & The State of Alaska Department of Health, this 1.5 day event for infection preventionists will include topics such as leadership and change management, mold and construction, ways to elevate EVS services, sterilization best practices, quality updates, and more! Optional tour of the Alsco Uniforms facility in Anchorage, where many facilities send healthcare linens and laundry. Even if your facility does not use Alsco, you are invited to join the tour!

The State of Alaska Department of Health is applying for CEUs. Awarded CEUs will be contingent upon attending the event and completing the post-conference evaluation survey. The survey link will be provided upon completion of the training.
AHHA has a block of hotel rooms reserved for those attending from out of town at the Residence Inn Anchorage Midtown for $199 plus tax (double rooms for $249). The last day to reserve in the block is September 5. Click here to reserve a room.
