2026 AHHA Conference Sponsorship

AHHA is excited to host its annual conference at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood again this year. You can learn more about the event, speakers, and lodging on the conference page.

Below are details about sponsor opportunities - we offer four sponsor package levels along with a range of à la carte options for support and recognition. Please note that only the Star, Champion, and Elite level packages include a table at the trade fair event, along with event registration (1-3 attendees, depending on the level.)

Sponsor Levels & Options

To reserve your space, please select from the sponsor options below - please note that we did sell out last year and we are limited on trade fair tables and also the break and lunch sponsorships. Use the "Tickets" form at the bottom of the page to select from one of the four sponsor levels and/or any à la carte options that you like. You can then proceed to checkout.

Payment If you would like to pay by check, there is a section on the right side of the checkout page with the label, "Add coupon code". Please enter CHECK in the "Enter the code" box and click on the Apply button and you will be able to complete the process at $0 and then send your payment by check to AHHA. You will receive an invoice following checkout, if needed.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities - à la carte options:

Please note that these options do NOT include credentials for the conference. For options that include a table (breakfast, lunch, break), representatives may attend to staff the table during the selected sponsor session but registration must be purchased separately in order to attend the full conference, including all other sessions, trade fair, and meals.

• Full-page program ad (9"'h x 3"w), $750

• Half-page program ad (4.5"h x 3"w), $500

• Quarter-page program ad (2" h x 3"w), $250

• Promotional video (provided by sponsor) played during program - up to 90 sec. in length, $750

• Breakfast Sponsor: Table in foyer during breakfast (1 sponsor/breakfast), $1,000

• Lunch Sponsor: Table in foyer during lunch (1 sponsor/lunch), $1,000

• Break Sponsor: Table in ballroom lobby during 15-minute break (3 sponsors/break) - may be set up prior to the break in the lobby area for a total time of 3 hours, $1,000

• Board Dinner sponsor: Monday, September 14, 6-8PM (1 sponsor) - includes attendance for two at the AHHA board dinner in Girdwood and a speaking opportunity (up to 5 minutes.), $5,000
