About the Event
Sponsored by APIC Midnight Sun Chapter, the Alaska Hospital and Healthcare Association (AHHA) & The State of Alaska Department of Health, this 1.5 day event for infection preventionists includes topics on IP metrics, Industrial Hygiene in IP, EVS certification and best practices, industrial laundry, regulatory updates, IP in procedure areas, healthcare acquired infections, and more! Following the 1.5 day Infection Prevention Conference, there will be a free Special Pathogens Frontline Training hosted by PAMC.

The State of Alaska Department of Health is applying for CEUs. Awarded CEUs will be contingent upon attending the event and completing the post-conference evaluation survey. The survey link will be provided upon completion of the training.
AHHA has a block of hotel rooms reserved for those attending from out of town at the Residence Inn Anchorage Midtown for $209 plus tax (double rooms for $259). The last day to reserve in the block is September 18th. Click here to reserve a room.
