About the Event
Health equity requires innovation – the ability to create constructive disruption with insight, empathy and bold collaboration. This workshop will help AHHA members create the system changes needed to advance health equity.
Using the American Hospital Association’s Health Equity Roadmap as a framework, attendees will be guided through a design-thinking session to address pertinent opportunities and challenges in health equity, resulting in the creation of transformative health equity solutions.
Cost:Â
Free. Funding is also available to cover the travel costs (based on AHHA's travel policy) for one person from each facility outside of Anchorage/Mat Su to attend.
Who should attend:Â
The event is designed for C-Suite, health equity or quality leaders or anyone working on diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. We invite up to two people from each hospital/nursing home to attend - space is limited to 50 people.
