Workshop Description:

Ready to revolutionize your approach as a nurse educator? Join this 2-day workshop and discover the true power of education as we navigate needs assessment, outcomes identification, brain-based learning, and cutting-edge teaching methodologies. Take advantage of this transformative journey led by trainers from the Providence Nursing Institute’s Clinical Academy.

Choose from one of two tracks:

· Education 101 is a repeat of the popular training AHHA sponsored in October 2023.

· Education 102 is for educators who attended the 2023 training but are interested in spending more time with the different teaching methodologies that were introduced.

Who Can Attend:

This is a train-the-trainer type of workshop, there is no fee to attend, and member facilities may send a maximum of 2 nurse educators. AHHA has funding to cover the travel and lodging costs for one participant per facility – if a second attendee is registered, travel costs will be at the facility’s own expense.

Continuing Education Credit:

The Providence Nursing Institute is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
