AHHA Welcomes Eriana Vanilau

AHHA is thrilled to welcome Eriana Vanilau as our new Executive Assistant, working out of our Anchorage office.

Eriana's professional experience includes executive support, administrative operations, real estate, and hospitality. While her background is diverse, the common thread in all these roles is her passion for collaborating with others to create engaging and meaningful environments.

Eriana has contributed to community-based projects that bring people together, organized events that connect diverse neighborhoods, and led workshops that empower young people to speak up and get involved. She takes pride in her ability to listen deeply, think strategically, and foster collaboration, whether in a formal meeting or over coffee.

Eriana likes to focus on bridging gaps and she believes that lasting change occurs when we work together. She is dedicated to providing people with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to shape their own futures.

Outside of her professional life, Eriana embraces all that Alaska has to offer - she is an avid rock climber, spends summer days dipnetting, and unwinds by painting watercolor scenes inspired by Alaska's breathtaking landscapes. In the winter, you’ll find her skiing, snow tubing, or enjoying the company of her fur baby Denali - a beloved cat, who is always

nearby, whether Eriana is working late on a project or relaxing with a paintbrush in hand.
