About the Event
This Donna Wright Competency Assessment Workshop is designed for all Managers, Leaders, Educators, Team leads, Preceptors, HR, and Quality. Sessions will explore the elements needed to create a successful competency and education process. You will learn many creative strategies to lead the competency process and creative ways to verify competencies in all departments.
The Alaska Native Medical Center is hosting two Donna Wright workshops this April in Anchorage that are open to staff from AHHA member facilities to attend. Space is limited to 25 spots per workshop - please complete the registration form and we will be in touch with you by March 4 to confirm your registration. Travel support scholarships are available for participants.
April 16th will be a full day workshop covering strategic, leadership-focused deep dive for those who design and build competency systems.
April 17th will be a half day workshop, an accelerated, practical session for the busy professional who needs to apply and implement competency practices.
