About the Event
Join ASHNHA for a free training on emergency airway care in Alaska's Critical Access Hospitals. There is a large body of evidence showing that for the non-expert provider video laryngoscopy has a high success rate. Kelly's work with Providence Valdez Medical Center showed an increase in confidence and skill after training and simulation in the project. During this training he will provide insight and guidance into video laryngoscopy, intubation skills and simulation training. As well, Kelly will provide a review of COVID-19 protocol and best practice for supporting intubation in an CAH ER setting. Please share this flyer with others at your facility.
