The Improving Resident Relationships in Long-Term Care (IRRL) Program is available free of charge, and involves in-service training sessions, as well as an opportunity to use the skills acquired. Topics include identifying resident-to-resident aggression, understanding its causes, and a step-by-step method to intervene when aggression occurs. All materials, including presentation slides and training videos, are provided to participating facilities at no cost.
